There are many fallacies banded about when it comes to non-destructive opening, and many of you may have heard some of them, usually relating to claims of unpickable locks, or locks which must be drilled or broken out because of their security rating.
If you have locked your keys inside, even if you have high security locks, in 99% of cases we can open your door for you to let you retrieve your keys and continue using them as normal, without the need for a new lock.
If you have lost your keys, or are unsure if they are lost, we can open the door non-destructively to let you check, and if necessary we can give you a full lock change if that is what you decide on. In the case of a faulty or failed lock or mechanism which has caused your door to be jammed shut and not able to be opened with or without the keys, we can quickly diagnose the problem in most cases before opening the door- eliminating any guesswork, ensuring that we can open your door quickly and efficiently and replace the correct part without upsetting the door or window or any of the associated parts.
As usual, even in these cases, we will in the vast majority of cases be able to give you a full and upfront fixed quote for all work before opening the door or window. We will always endeavour to give you a full diagnosis and upfront quote before doing any work, and we guarantee to only charge for work done – if we cannot open it, you will not be charged, ever.
